UK orders are normally delivered in 7–14 days. WANC transports the parcel from China to the UK logistics warehouse, and Royal Mail completes delivery to your address.
EU orders are normally delivered in 7–15 days. WANC transports the parcel to the German logistics warehouse, and DHL completes delivery in the destination country.
Use 17TRACK and select WANC as the carrier. Royal Mail or DHL tracking may appear after the parcel reaches the destination warehouse.
Contact us if an item has a quality defect, is materially different from its photos or description, or is damaged during transport. Change-of-mind returns and returns caused by resale performance are not normally accepted. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
