The minimum total order value is £500. This can be mixed across any brands, categories and sizes. Per-item minimums: 4 pairs for footwear, 6 pieces for apparel per style.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (24 hours for Growth tier). Tracked delivery to the UK and major EU markets takes 3-7 business days.
Bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA), credit/debit card, PayPal and Wise. Orders over £2,000 qualify for 30-day net terms after your first order.
Yes – every order includes a product media pack with high-res photos, size charts and description templates, ready to upload to Vinted, eBay, Depop, Instagram Shop or your own webshop.
First-time customers can request a sample pack of 2-3 items at retail price. The full sample cost is credited back on your first wholesale order over £500.
7-day inspection after delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge or credited. No returns for change of mind, but sizing exchanges are available on your first order.
